The Name Mix-up

Two customers with similar names, Jonas and Jonah, get their phones mixed up at a repair shop counter.
Jonas walks into the phone repair shop on Monday.
He gives his name to the man at the counter.
"I'm here to pick up my phone," Jonas says.
The clerk checks a list and nods.
"One moment, please," the clerk says, walking to the back.
He returns with a phone in a black case.
Jonas looks at the phone and frowns a little.
"This isn't my phone," Jonas says, confused.
"The name on the ticket says Jonas," the clerk says.
"My case is blue, not black," Jonas says.
At that moment, another man walks up to the counter.
"Hi, I'm here for my phone too," he says.
"My name is Jonah," the man says with a smile.
The clerk looks at both men and laughs softly.
"I think I mixed up your two tickets," he says.
He checks the names again: Jonas and Jonah.
"They do sound alike," Jonas says, smiling now.
The clerk finds the black case first.
He gives it to Jonah with a smile.
Then he finds the blue case.
He gives it to Jonas with both hands.
"Sorry about that, both of you," the clerk says kindly.
"No problem at all," Jonah says, shaking his head.
Jonas checks his phone and sees it works well.
"It's fixed and it's mine," Jonas says happily.
The two men laugh together about the mix-up.
"What a strange day," Jonah says, and they both smile.
