Deepa's family plans a garage sale this weekend. Deepa must choose what to sell. She looks through her old things.
Boxes fill most of the garage. Old toys sit next to old books. Some things she forgot she even had.
She finds her old bicycle in the garage. She also finds a box of old toys. She cannot sell everything.
The bicycle is too small for her now. She never rides it anymore these days. But it has many happy memories.
She remembers riding it with her father. They rode around the block every summer. Those were fun, easy afternoons.
The toys are also from her childhood. She does not play with them either. But a young kid will enjoy them instead.
Deepa thinks about both items carefully. She decides to keep the bicycle. She wants to give it to her cousin.
She wipes the dust off the bicycle. She rolls it into the garage corner. It will wait there for her cousin.
She puts the box of toys outside. A young girl buys them happily. Deepa waves and says goodbye to the toys.
