The Confused Delivery Time

Hugo's dinner delivery takes much longer than the app first promised, and a tired driver explains what really happened.
Hugo orders dinner from a food app on Friday night.
The app says his food will arrive in thirty minutes.
He sets a timer and watches a video while he waits.
Thirty minutes pass, but no one rings the doorbell.
Hugo checks the app again and feels a little worried.
The screen now says the order will arrive in one hour.
"That's strange," Hugo says to himself, checking the map.
He sees a small dot moving slowly across town.
Forty more minutes pass before the doorbell finally rings.
Hugo opens the door and sees a tired delivery driver.
"Sorry for the wait," the driver says, holding two bags.
"The app told me thirty minutes, not an hour," Hugo says.
"The system probably showed the wrong time," the driver says.
"We had a lot of orders tonight," he explains, smiling tiredly.
"That makes sense," Hugo says, taking the warm bags.
"I hope the food is still good," the driver says.
Hugo checks the bags and nods happily.
"It's still warm. Thanks for bringing it," Hugo says.
The driver waves and heads back to his car.
Hugo carries the food to the kitchen table.
He sets out a plate and starts to eat.
